She has served as a judge for Britain's Got Talent since 2007. She is also the co-host of the Heart Breakfast radio show with Jamie Theakston on weekday mornings. Holden was raised in Portsmouth in Hampshire. She spent the majority of her youth in Bishop's Waltham. When she was nine she joined the Bishop's Waltham Little Theatre Company. Holden is also a part of TV credits including three shows that she co-starred with Caroline Quentin and Chris Langham on the comedy Kiss Me Kate, three episodes of ITV's The Grimleys and Celeb With Harry Enfield on BBC, and an Boxing Day special Agatha Christie's Marple Episode "4.50 from Paddington" with Geraldine McEwan and John Hannah. In Ready When You Are Mr. McGill by Jack Rosenthal She starred with Bill Nighy, Tom Courtenay, and Aleha Dixon. Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams are judges on Britain's Got Talent. She joined the show in 2006.
